At Property23 our property management services are based locally and everything is dealt with under one roof.You'll have one point of contact throughout; from tenant selection, referencing and move in, monthly payments & statements, routine inspections, repairs & maintenance, tenancy renewal and final check out & deposit release. We use local, trusted contractors for all repairs, maintenance and safety inspections. Tenants can report repairs to us on our online portal, which also offers a simple troubleshooting guide before their request is submitted to us, reducing unnecessary contractor call outs.Each repair submitted is screened and we take a "common sense" approach throughout our management, giving you the right advice based on our years of experience, professional knowledge & qualifications.

How much is your Full Management service?

Full Management is charged at 12% of the monthly rent amount, deducted from payments received from the tenant.

Rent Management

Using an Agent to deal with incoming rent payments acts as a professional boundary when dealing with your tenants about finances, whilst still affording you full control of maintenance, legislation and tenancy queries.

Rent Management is a blend of Tenant Find & Let and Full Management, allowing you full control of your rental property.  

Whether you have an existing tenant in place or use our Tenant Find & Let service, adding Rent Management is ideal for those who are aware of their landlord obligations, have the time & inclination to keep fully abreast with compliance, prefer managing repairs, maintenance and communication directly, yet like to keep financial discussions separate.  

Should a tenant fail to pay on time or falls behind with their rent, we’ll act swiftly to secure payment with minimum delay.
Rent payments received from your tenants are paid out to you within one working day, accompanied by an easy-to-read financial statement. You’ll be notified within 24-48 hours of rent falling due should payment fail to be received.

Ask us about Rent & Legal Protection Insurance if financial delay or non-payment of rent is of high concern.

How much is your Rent Management service?

Rent Management is charged at 10% of the monthly rent amount, deducted from payments received from the tenant.
